Can you believe it is October already, how quick is this year going? I am of course writing this in September and I am just about to go on holiday so making Christmas gift boxes seems quick surreal! I am of course taking part in the Stamp Around UK video hop and with the theme being Silver, White & Vellum I just had to use the lovely Snowflake Speciality Vellum so after a bit of thinking I came up with this elegant gift box. This would be a lovely table top gift for the festive season or even as a gift box for a small gift, I can imagine a lovely piece of jewellery in this box. I have used the Pretty Pillow box die so it is quick and easy to make as well. I have also been very frugal with the vellum and used a 6" x 2" strip so you can get 12 of these from one sheet.
Measurements and Materials
- For the pillow box you need aprox 6" x 4 1/2" of card
- Vellum strip 2" x 6"
