I am bringing you the first project with the things my son brought me back from his holiday. I decided to play with the guest checks first. I am really pleased with how they turned out. I deliberately did not watch any videos on this so I could just make it up as i went along! I decided to use both parts of the check, I used double thickness of book pages to adhere them to and backed them onto tea dyed paper for strength. I also used some paper napkins, stamping and some bits and bobs from my stash and sewn round it to finish off.
