I am hopping with the Ink. Stamp. Share. Showcase blog hop. In this hop we share what we are working on. I have been meaning to film this project ever since I made a prototype. A once sheet wonder made from scraps and turned into tags and pocket fronts for a journal. If you are not into making journals then they could be made into panels for cards instead. I do love a scrap busting project. 

Measurements and Materials

• Scraps of designer series paper was glued to an A4 sheet of tea dyed paper
• Gesso was added to soften the edges of the paper
• Soft Suede ink was added using blending brushes
• I used various stamp sets to add interest
• Finally the whole thing was sewn to give a patchwork look
• I cut the sheet in half and made 3 pocket fronts with one half and 3 tags with the other
• The tags were decorated with die cuts and some vellum used to soften the background so the die cuts stood out
