Pootlers Video Hop: Christmas Gift Box

Today I am taking part in the Pootlers Video blog hop. We are all using products from the July - December mini catalogue. I am using the lovely Festive Flurry dies as the focal point and the beautiful Lights Aglow DSP. When I saw the sheet with the circles and squares on I knew I would make a card topper or a box topper. Well here is the box. I have not made a box for ages so I really enjoyed making this one. These would lovely on the Christmas table with small gifts or chocolates in. 

Measurements and Materials

• Box lid 5 1/4" x 5 1/4"
• Score on all 4 sides @ 1"
• Box base 6 1/4" x 6 1/4" (take a 1/16" off each side) 
• Score @ 1 1/2" on all 4 sides
• DSP topper 2 3/4" x 2 3/4"
• Gold Mat 3" x 3"
