Let's Make A CD Envelope For A Round Tag

Welcome to my blog, thank you for joining me today 😀

A while ago I shared some upcycled round tags and said I was working on a CD style envelope for them ...well I finally got round to filming this and that is what I am bringing you today. I really love how this looks and after spending all day Friday packing up all the stuff my Youngest did not take with him when he moved in with his partner, I now need more packaging tape! Yay! I can make some more round tags 😂

Measurements and Materials

• To make my envelopes I used a vintage music sheet glued to a printable I had created
• I cut it to size for my tag
• 8" x 4 5/8"
• Score on short side @ 1/2" on each end
• Score on long side @ 3 5/8" & 7 1/4"
• I used a circle die to cut my aperture 
• I used a cello bag for the window

Project 1

Jill made this beautiful card for a blog hop and then made it again for the video tutorial, you need to check out her blog to see the other colour. I love the colour combo of this card.

Project 2

I shared this card in a different colour way before. Jill has used the foiled paper that is FREE in Sale-A-Bration as the background of this lovely Christmas card.

Project 3 

Finally Jill has used the  the Silver & Gold Paper that is free in Sale-A-Bration again on this card.  Jill has been blending ink on it for this card, it takes colour so well. The sentiment 'happy' was made using another FREE sale-a-bration product. Amazing Phrasing stamp set. If you want to get your hands on any of these free products you only have a few days left, offer ends on 31st August.

Share it Sunday Blog Hop - August 2022

I am on another blog hop today, this time it is the Share It Sunday blog hop, where we can share anything! I recently got the new Artistic Mix decorative masks from Stampin' Up! after seeing a friend use them. I just love the way you can layer different colours with them. Such a beautiful background. I just added a simple sentiment and a ribbon as I thought the background did not need much else.
