Nigezza Creates aka Gez, Independent Stampin' Up® Demonstrator
Welcome to my blog, thank you for joining me today 😀
I am setting up my planner for July .... well as it is July 17th I clearly did this a while ago! In my video I show you how I did it. This is going to be a work in progress as I go through the year I will probably evolve how I am going to do this each month. I want a mixture of it being a planner where I literally plan and organise my month but I also want to record memories. So I am slitting the days to show business and pleasure/leisure. I want this to be something I will look back on and enjoy remembering my projects I made as well as the other activities I do. This could then give me prompts for my monthly glue book layouts and also help me to journal and scrapbook special events or moments.

Video Tutorial
Time for the closeups!
Month overview
I like to use different colour pens so I can see easily what blog hops & videos I need to plan for, and they will stand out from the non business activities I have in the month. I also use pencil for things not yet set in stone like the order in which I publish my videos.
Recording memories as well as making plans
I intend to make this a memories book as well as a planner. I will add photos of my projects as well to the left column so I can look back on those as well. I often forget what I have made so it will nice to have them there to see.
Using washi tape
I wanted to divide the day up between my Stampin' Up! Business/YouTube schedule and my personal life. This thin washi is perfect. Not only is it dividing the day but it looks pretty as well!
Using washi tape
I decided that the days needed a bigger divider so added washi horizontally as well as vertically. I am happy with how this looks. Of course you can draw the lines but I got this lovely thin washi when I was on holiday in the US a few years ago for this purpose and I really like how it looks. I have about 6 rolls of different colours so I can change it up each month.
I hope you like this project and will give it a try. To make sure you don't miss any of my projects why not subscribe to my YouTube channel and subscribe to my newsletter and click the button to follow my blog :-)
I will be back tomorrow, until then ...
