Nigezza Creates aka Gez, Independent Stampin' Up® Demonstrator
Welcome to my blog, thank you for joining me today 😀It is the 1st of May so that means one thing Stamp Around UK video hop! On the first of every month I do a video hop with lots of other UK based Stampin' Up! demonstrators. Always fun to take part in and I get lots of inspiration from everyones projects. I hope you will hop along as well and give everyone support, it is a great way to grow everyones channels.
This month the theme is wedding ...I didn't want to make a card so I have gone with wedding favour for the table. I have used the Sweet Heart DSP and made a fun wedding favour which could easily be used for a children's party of just as a gift box. I got the idea from a recent swap I received from my team mate Sally from Sally Stampers. I have changed the size and literally put my own 'twist' on it!
Measurements and Materials
- Box base
- 8" x8"
- You can use any size square to make this box
- The folding is the same what ever size you use
- Box Lid
- Measure the aperture of the box to get the size you need
- My box measure 2 1/16"
- I allowed for a 1/2" depth of the lid so added 1" to the measurement
- Lid base 3 1/16th x 3 1/16"
- Score @ 1/2" on all 4 sides
- Lid top x 2
- I ignored the 1/16" to make this easier
- I wanted the top to have 1/4" overlap so I added 1/2"
- 2 1/2" x 2 1/2"
- Mat for top
- 2 1/4" x 2 1/4"
- DSP mat
- 2" x 2"
Now watch the video tutorial to see how this was made :-)
