Welcome to Jill & Gez Go Crafting, this is our fortnightly blog post where we share 3 projects of each others. I do hope you like the projects I have chosen to share with you. Just in case you are new to my blog let me introduce Jill (Paper Daisy Crafting) she is on the right of this photo (I am on the left). She has a lovely Blog which I am sure you will want to check out.
I have decided to focus on the projects Jill has made with the wonderful Suit & Tie Dies. I love this set and I just adore the cards Jill has designed with them. I intend to CASE these and have them in my stash ready for when I need a male card. Just perfect.
Project 1
Jill has made the obvious card with this set, I have created this type of version many times. Sadly the DSP is no longer available but I did stock up when it retired. I love how Jill lined up the pin stripes in the suit. Not sure I would have the patience for that!
Project 2
I was blown away when I saw this design. What a fabulous card layout. Does not have to be a Father's Day card could be many occasions. I just love it. Definitely going to CASE this.
Project 3
Finally Jill has done it again, what a terrific design. I just love how the tie fits on the tag and how it overlaps at the bottom. Genius. Another card that could be used for many occasions and you could also create a matching tag for a gift.
