Stamping INKspirations March Blog Hop - Embossing Techniques

I am hopping with the Stamping Inkspirations blog hop and ur theme this month is embossing techniques. There are different ways to add embossing and I have chosen to do heat embossing. I am using the lovely designer series paper from Stampin' Up!,  New Horizons which I got recently. These are so beautiful and that are like lovely landscapes. I have use on of the sheets to depict a sunset scene and heat embossed some flowers and a dragon fly. 

Measurements and Materials

• Card base 
• Half a standard sheet
• 8 1/4" x 5 7/8"
• Score @ 4 1/8" on the long side
• US size card - 8 1/2" x 5 1/2
• Score @ 4 1/4"
• Metric 21cm x 14.5cm
• Score @ 10.5cm 
• Card mat 1 5 3/4" x 4"
• Card Mat 2 -  5 5/8" x 3 7/8"
• US size 5 1/4" x 4"
• Metric 14cm x 10cm
