I am on my second blog hop of the day! This time it is the Ink. Stamp. Share blog hop and the theme is fancy fold. I made this card for my sister who was 62 last weekend. We celebrated in Derry in Ireland with lots of family as it was also our cousins 60th (her card was in the blog hop earlier today) 

I was going to make a twin set and pearls card but the paper I used looked more like a dressing gown than a woolie cardi so changed my mind. I had already made the pretty blouse for under the cardi but I just had to roll with it. I used the lovely Mother Of Pearl paper, looks really luxurious. I also wrote her a poem ...she loved that ...not! 

I used the lovely paper pack, In Good Taste and the Suit & Tie dies, both are currently reduced on the Last Chance Sale. 

Measurements and Materials

• Card base 
• Half a standard sheet
• 8 1/4" x 5 7/8"
• Score @ 4 1/8" on the long side
• US size card - 8 1/2" x 5 1/2
• Score @ 4 1/4"
• Metric 21cm x 14.5cm
• Score @ 10.5cm 
• To make the fold I scored at 2" and folded it back on itself and stuck the decorated card mat to it
• Card Ma1 1 -  5 5/8" x 3 7/8"
• US size 5 1/4" x 4"
• Metric 14cm x 10cm
