Nigezza Creates aka Gez, Independent Stampin' Up® Demonstrator
Welcome to my blog, thank you for joining me today 😀
I am celebrating my 5th Stampaversary. I have had the best time ever. I have made the most amazing friends, I have enjoyed so many fabulous weekends away, more recently online events and so much fun and laughter. I have also been the most creative I have ever been in my life. I feel so lucky to be able to craft every day with the most amazing products and share this crafting on my YouTube channel and here on my blog.

Video Tutorials
I started making videos very soon after I joined. This is not something that you have to do but I wanted to share. I really enjoy making videos and I love the interaction I get from the people who watch who leave me comments or share their creations with me.
I was working as a teacher when I first joined up so time was not something I had a lot of. I also had a very small craft space. It was created as an office, somewhere I could mark and prep for school as well as craft. Soon it became just a craft room as I wanted t to be my happy place so I went back to doing my school work on the dinning room table.
The room was also the spare room so it had a bed in it and it meant when we had people to stay I had to do a bit of a major clear up as the bed became a storage space! not ideal but better than no room at all.
I started filming using a cheap selfie stick that was wedged under some books on a shelf above my desk. My lighting was not great, I was using an old desk spot light that had been my dads. If I ever go back and watch one because i am recreating something from the past I literally cringe at how bad they are!
Then my youngest went off to Uni and after a year there he said he was not coming home to live again, very sad but after another year I asked him if he minded if I moved his things into my small craft room so I could have his big bedroom. total game changer. I now have a lovely sized room ...still an absolute mess but I have 2 desks and a dedicated filming space in front of a window. So much better.
I have a craft room tour, I made this a few years ago and the room has change quite a lot since then and I have got into making Junk Journals so have so much 'junk' everywhere now. I still love it and I keep adding things to make me more organised and it is getting there. I do intend to do an updated tour but I am not quite finished yet.
