Cute Punch Art Dracula Halloween Card Using The Penguin Punch

Thank you for visiting my blog, I really do appreciate it. Today I am bringing you the tutorial for the card I made for the InspireINK blog hop and our theme this month is Halloween. I always find this hard. todo due to lack of halloween stamp sets as I never normally buy them. So for a change for me I actually went on Pinterest for some inspiration and for a big change for me I am CASEing and idea by a fellow demo in the US Susan Campfield. She did some amazing Halloween punch art using the Penguin Builder punch so I have used her idea for the Dracula but used it on a card.  In the blog hop I used Basic Gray for the face but changed to Smokey Slate for the tutorial ...I think I prefer the lighter shade. 

Measurements and Materials

• Card base Thick Basic White
• 5 1/2" x 8 1/4"
• Score @ 4 1/8" on long side
• Punch art for the Dracula is CASE'd from Susan Campfield
• Details here :-) 
• I used the now retired balloon punch to punch out the balloon as it fits but you can either fussy cut or stamp directly on the card if you do not have this punch
