Pootler Video Hop: Gingerbread & Peppermint Mini Album

Thank you for visiting my blog, I really do appreciate it. Today is very exciting because I ma taking part in a team video hop. Normally we do a blog hop when a new catalogue is launched but this time we have decided to do a video hop. It's been years since we have done this. So we are showcasing the new Stampin' Up! August - December Mini Catalogue so there is sure to be plenty of projects to inspire you. My project is a mini album. I have made lots of mini albums in the past but this one is a bit different. It is a flip mini album (that's what I have decided to call it! ) that will hold full size 6"x4" photos. I am using the lovely Gingerbread and Peppermint Memories and More Cards and the matching DSP. There are quite a few measurements but it is really quite straight forward once you start putting it together .

Measurements and Materials

• If you are working with A4 card stock then you need 4 sheets
• If you are using US letter size then you need 3 sheets because you can get the 2 x 10 1/4" x 4 1/4" from one standard sheet
• Sheet 1
• 10 1/4" x 4 1/4"
• Score on long side @ 3 1/4" - 9 1/2" - 9 5/8"
• Sheet 2
• 10 1/4" x 4 1/4"
• Score on long side @ 3 1/4" - 9 1/2"- 9 11/16"
• Sheet 3
• 6 1/4" x 8 7/8" 
• Score on long side @ 4 1/4" & 4 5/8"
• Sheet 4 
• 6 1/4" x 9 1/4"
• Score on the long side @ 4 1/4" - 8 1/2" - 8 3/4"
• Card stock mat for the back of mini album 6 1/4" x 4 1/4"
• Large pockets 2" x 6 1/4"
• Mats for large pockets 
• 6" x 3"
• 1 3/4" x 6"
• Small Pockets 2" x 3 1/4"
• Mats for small pockets
• 3" x 1 3/4"
• 3" x 3 1/2"
• Photo corners were made using 2" x 2" squares of DSP and cut diagonally in half
• These are not really necessary but they do make the album look finished before the photos are added
