Nigezza Creates aka Gez, Independent Stampin' Up® Demonstrator
Thank you for so much for joining me today I really do appreciate it. Today I have the video tutorial for the card I made for the Ink. Stamp. Share blog hop and the theme this month was Case The Catalogue. It was my sisters Birthday this month so i decided to chose a card to make for her. I chose the card that can be found on page 18 in the new Stampin' Up Annual catalogue. This was one of the first stamp sets on my wish list. I just think it is so versatile. Plus as a journaler and scrapbooker it is so good to be able to add dates so layouts. As you can see from the date my sister has already received this card!
Measurements and Materials
I teamed the stamp set up with the Hand-Penned Petals bundle to substitute for the one in the catalogue picture and I used the Stitched So sweetly dies as well to frame the calendar. I used the Sweet Symmetry DSP and went with the same colours as the picture because my sister loves Calypso Coral. The DSP has been embossed with the Ornate Floral folder. I changed the sentiment placement and use the Double Oval punch, which is the perfect size for the Happy birthday sentiment from this set . To make the card extra special I added some DSP to the envelope flap and stamped on the from of the envelope and inside the card.
- Card Base 8 1/4" x 5 7/8"
- Score on long side @ 4 1/8"
- Card Stock Mat 5 5/8" x 3 7/8"
- Cut 2, one for the inside as well as the outside
- DSP Mat 5 3/8" x 3 5/8"
