Stampin' Dreams May Blog Hop: Graduaiton

Thank you for visiting my blog, I really do appreciate it. Today I am hopping with the Stampin' Dreams Blog Hop and the theme is Graduation. I am showing you the card I made for my Niece who graduated with a Master in Social Work during lockdown and I am so proud of her. I completed a degree with a small child and a Masters with a full time job and 2 children both older and independent, so I can imagine how hard it was to do this with 2 primary aged children. I googled the colour of the gradation gowns from her University and use the Suit & Tie Dies to create this card. Master Degree hoods are fancier than undergraduate degree so I left the full lapel on the gown. 

Measurements and Materials

• The card has been made up as you would any suit card 
• I cut an extra section in Misty Moonlight and trimmed it to mat behind the Pumpkin Pie lapel 
• I made the mortar board from the Tailored Tag punch
• The scroll is just some Basic White rolled up
• The sentiment I used is fro Well Said which has now retired

There will be a video tutorial at some point for this card. I will film it when I make the card for my son who is writing his Masters dissertation right now!
