Nigezza Creates aka Gez, Independent Stampin' Up® Demonstrator
Thank you for visiting my blog, I really do appreciate it. Today I am bringing you the tutorial for the card I made for the Father's Day blog hop I took part in yesterday. I have decided to use the Handsomely Suited Bundle. You probably won't be surprised to hear that I have not yet cut into the DSP that goes with this set, so I decided to use it for this card. I wanted to see how many suits I could cut from one sheet of the 12"x12" DSP. I managed to get 5 with careful cutting. In my video you can see how I managed to do this.
Measurements and Materials
- Night Of Navy card base
- 8 1/4" x 5 7/8"
- Score @ 4 1/8" on the long side
- Basic White card mat
- 3 7/8" x 5 5/8"
- DSP card mat
- 3 5/8" x 5 3/8"
- I cut 5 of these DSP mats from the 12" x 12" sheet of DSP
- From the left overs I cut 5 pairs of lapels & 5 pockets plus some spares
- Tie & Pocket die cut from another sheet of DSP
- Sentiment was masked off as I did not want the bottom section of the sentiment
- Lovely Label Pick A Punch provided the perfect label for this sentiments and card
