Nigezza Creates aka Gez, Independent Stampin' Up® Demonstrator
Thank you for visiting my blog on a Junk Journal day, I really do appreciate it and hope you like the project and will take a look at the video tutorial as well. I am doing a challenge today. The challenge was set by Tracie Fox on her Facebook group The Foxy Crafters. The challenge is to make a positive tag. She supplied some free printable to use but you didn't have to. I just loved the colours so decided to use the download. I knew that the colours would match some of my favourite Stampin' Up! colours.
Measurements and Materials
- I cut out the tags and then blended ink on top to enhance the colours and made them deeper
- I also wanted to knock back the pink a bit as it is really not my colour
- I blended ink over the white paper that the words were printed on so they matched the tags
- I used a sponge dauber to ink Pacific Point on all the edges to help the tags pop
- Each tag was then stuck to Bermuda Bay cardstock
- I made tag toppers by inking a strip of paper and cut it
- 1 1/2" x 3/4
- Folded in half
- Edges were inked with Specific Point
- Eyelets set using my Crop-a-dile
- The 3 tags with sentiments on were also inked and then glued to the 3 tags
- I attached the 3 tags together so the 3 tags hung down on top of each other
- Finished off with some matching ribbon
- I have now hung this tag on my desk so it helps me smile every day

I have hung the tag up on my desk so I can see it every day. It is so bright and cheery, just what I need in a cold, wet lockdown #3.
