3D Paper Trimmer January Blog Hop: My Favourite SAB Item

Nigezza Creates aka Gez, Independent Stampin' Up® Demonstrator

Thank you for visiting my blog, I really do appreciate it. I am taking part in the 3D Paper Trimmer Blog Hop. The theme was my favourite SAB item ... you will see by the project I have made that I completely misremembered this when I was making the project! What a total numpty I am! I have made a project using my favourite suite from the new Stampin' Up! Mini catalogue. I thought I was being really clever because this gift box I have made is for a set of notecards I made for a blog hop yesterday. So it was all carefully thought out ...just the wrong theme! lol I am a total numpty! I blame not being fully recovered from my recent illness but in reality I am just a div!

Measurements and Materials

I made this box to hold a set of notecards I made for another blog hop. The box is decorated to match the cards.
  • Thick Very Vanilla
    • 7 1/4" x 10 3/4"
    • Score on the long side @ 1" - 4 7/8" - 5 7/8" - 9 3/4"
    • Score on the short side 1" from each end
  • Mat for the top of the was cut with the third largest Stitched Rectangle Die
  • It was framed in cardstock cut using the second and third largest Stitched Rectangle Die
  • It was decorated with the dragonfly
    • I did not want to put a sentiment on the box so that once the cards were all used the box could used as a keep sake box
  • The sides of the box were decorated with the smallest Detailed bands die
