Nigezza Creates aka Gez, Independent Stampin' Up® Demonstrator
Thank you for visiting my blog, I really do appreciate it and hope you like the project and will take a look at the video tutorial as well. Today I am doing some #simplestamping. Just ink and paper is all you need to make a lovely card. I really like the look of black and white projects. These gnomes are so cute that just stamping them are enough. I have made a long thing card that seems to be trending at the moment. Yo could easily just stamp 3 gnomes and make 4 little notecards from one sheet of card stock.
Measurements and Materials
- Basic Black card base
- 8 1/4" x 5 7/8"
- Score @ 2 7/8" on the short side
- This will enable you to get 2 thin long cards from a standard sheet of A4
- If in US using 8 1/2' x 11' card
- Cut in half 8 1/2" x 5 1/2"
- Score @ 2 3/4" on short side
- However I did actually trim the card base after I stamped the gnomes so size will be not as wide for this particular card
- Whisper White mat before cutting down
- 8" x 2 5/8"
- Or for US 8 1/4" x 5 1/4"
- I actually stamped on half a sheet of Whisper White and cut it down afterwards
- I put the 3 gnomes on an E block
- I nestled them close together so they stamped close together
- My gnomes are exempt from social distancing because they are in a support bubble!
- I added the sentiment under the gnomes to the right handside
- Once stamped I trimmed the card stock
- I cut it to 2 5/8" x 7 1/4"
- I cut the Black card base to 7 1/2"
- I just glues the stamped card to the base and the mat on the inside and that was it #simplestamping
