Nigezza Creates aka Gez, Independent Stampin' Up® Demonstrator
Welcome to Jill & Gez Go Crafting. Every other Monday I will share 3 projects from my good friend Jill AKA Paper Daisy Crafting. I really hope you go and visit her blog and watch her videos on YouTube. I have picked amazing projects to share with you, I am sure you will love them too :-)
Just in case you are new to my blog let me introduce Jill she is on the right of this photo (I am on the left). She has a lovely Blog which I am sure you will want to check out once you see the projects I have chosen to show you.
Project 1
Jill & I took part in a blog hop last month to showcase new products. Jill made this stunning card using Highland Heather which I loved. She then changed the colour to Balmy Blue for the video tutorial. This card is made all the more stunning with the use of Silver embossing powder for the lovely large sentiment. Project 2
I love the tone on tone mat and card base. Jill has used a new embossing folder Tasteful Textile for the mat and I just love how it adds a subtle texture. I might have had to order that one myself! Jill has also been clever with this sentiment which has had the (little-bit-late) section cut out. I do this as well, some people are a bit horrified by this but stamps are 'tools not jewels' and besides you can easily place them together again on your block if you want the whole sentiment again.
Project 3
This is the 3rd in a series of cards Jill made using the lovely Field Of Flowers stamp set from Stampin' Up! I think this might be my favourite. Really love that each panel has different colour flowers. I love the simple birthday sentiment as well, just perfect for this card.
