Nigezza Creates aka Gez, Independent Stampin' Up® Demonstrator
Thank you for joining me today, I attended my first Pinkies team day at the weekend and I made these cards for my swaps. I was in a group of 5 and our theme was heat embossing. I wanted to make a Christmas card. I created a prototype in Whisper White and silver, but because I did not have enough Whisper White for all the swaps I changed it to Merry Merlot, Very Vanilla and copper. I am very pleased I did as I feel this is a much better colour combination.
Measurements and Materials
- Merry Merlot A4 Cardstock
- Half a standard sheet of card stock 5 7/8" x 8 1/4"
- Score in half and fold
- Scrap for the mat of the sentiment
- Very Vanilla A4 Card Stock
- 2 mats one for inside card and one for the top of the card
- 5 5/8" x 3 7/8"
- Scrap for the sentiment
- Mistletoe Season Photopolymer Stamp Set
- Mistletoe stamp to decorate the top of the card and the inside
- Merry Christmas sentiment used for the topper
- Celebrate the season used for the inside
- Versamark Pad
- Ink pad used to stamp all the stamps
- Copper Stampin' Emboss Powder
- Used to emboss all the stamps
- Stitched Shapes Framelit Dies
- I used the second largest oval die for the sentiment
- Layering ovals
- I die cut a scalloped oval to mat behind the sentiment
