Nigezza Creates aka Gez, Independent Stampin' Up® Demonstrator
Hi I hope you enjoyed my last mini album I sheared. This one is bigger, it uses 4 sheets of 12" x 12" scrapbook paper. I have used the Petal Passion DSP. When I first saw this paper at On Stage in November I knew I wanted to make a scrapbook out of it. You may be like me and have lots of lovely paper that you have been hoarding, well these scrapbooks are the ideal way of using them up.
I watched lots of tutorials on Youtube before I decided to make this one. What I like about this album is that there is not a complicated spine to make, its quick and is very easy to fill with full sized photos.
UPDATE 17th December 2018 - paper is on clearance right now £4 a pack!

Instructions and Measurements
- This album is 6" x 9" when complete
- Each photo mat is 5" x 8"
- You need 4 sheets of 12" x 12" for the album
- Each sheet was scored @ 6"
- Rotated 90⁰ scored @ 3"
- Then you decide which order you want your pages to go in
- The 2 center pages are virtually covered up so pick your least favourite for the center pages
- Then each page is blurs together
- The 2 ends of each sheet where the pocket folds up is also glued
- I made a spine out of a strip of basic black 9" x 3"
- I scored in the middle and at 1/8" either side to allow for the thickness of the album
- I glued this in place but added some ribbon under it first to tie it closed.
- I then decorated one side of each of the photo mats
- I also decorated the pocket fronts
- I used the matching memories and more cards as well.
Tag Envelope
- Basic black cardstock 2 1/2" x 4"
- Score on short side @ 1/4"
- Rotate 180⁰ score @ 1/4"
- Score on long side @ 1 1/2" - 3"
- Cut up the 1/4" score line on both edges from the top (smallest rectangle) to the second score line
- Cut off at an angle
- Put 2" top edge in the tag topper punch
- Fold sides in a put this bottom edge in the Banner punch
- Glue edges in place to fit the envelope
- The tag was made with Whisper White card stock 1 7/8" x 2 3/8"
- Use tag topper punch and a corner rounder and decorate as you wish
- You can add a ribbon to the top as well
Decorative elements
- I stamped out images from the Petal Palette stamp set and cut them out using the Petals and More Die set
- I also die cut the other elements from their die set
- Stitched framelits were cut out together to form different sized frames
- Decorative Ribbon Punch for the front and back of the album
- Daisy embellishment for the front
- Black Glimmer ribbon to close the album
- Daisy Punch and matching stamp
- Heart from the Ribbon of Hope die set
- Swirl from the Swirly Snowflakes die set
