I am so pleased with how the project turned out, its even better than it was in my head! lol
It would look good as a Christmas decoration, table centre piece or as a Childs gift wrap (or an adult who love Christmas)
It is made up of 3 lidded boxes in 3 different sizes.
The bottom box is 4 x 4 x 3
For this box I used Whisper White Cardstock - 10 x 10 - score @ 3 on all 4 sides
For the lid I used Whisper White Cardstock - 6 9/16 x 6 9/16 - score @ 1 1/4 on all 4 sides
The middle box is 3 x 3 x 2 1/2
For this box I used Whisper White Cardstock - 8 x 8 - score @ 2 1/2 on all 4 sides
For the lid I used Whisper White Cardstock - 5 1/16 x 5 1/16 - score @ 1 on all 4 sides
The top box is 2 x 2 x 2
For this box I used Whisper White Cardstock - 6 x 6 - score @ 2 on all 4 sides
For the lid I used Basic Black Cardstock - 3 9/16 x 3 9/16 - score @ 3/4 on all 4 sides
The top of the Hat is 1 x 1 x 1
For this I used Basic Black Cardstock - 41/2 x 3 - score on the long side @ 1, 2, 3 & 4 - score on the short side @ 1, 2 & 3
The card stock was stamped all over with snow flakes in Versamark and heat embossed with White Embossing Powder - I used the 2 snowflakes in Colourful Season.
I used the branch Thinlit from the coordinating die set Seasonal Layers Thinlits for the arms of the snowman and cut them out with Soft Sued. I also cut the snowflakes and stuck them on the snowmans hat.
For the scarf I used the Striped Wired Ribbon, Black Rhinestones for the smile, an orange enamel dot for the nose and googly eyes finishes the cute face off. I added 3 black buttons cut with the 1/2 inc circle punch and added Wink of Stella to give them a frosty look.
To hold the 3 boxes together I tied a length of Black Shimmer Ribbon.
I love my Frosty the snowman, I hope you do too.
I intend to do this as a class so if you live local to me and would be interested let me know :-)
Cheers
